Rawon rice is a typical dish eastern Java consists of the main ingredients are meat cowi. Rawon usually served with lots of sauce and warm rice and sprinkled with raw sprouts. The taste is very delicious and easy to make it.

HOW TO MAKE RAWON (INDONESIAN FOOD)
Ingredients:

  1. 2 liters of water

  4. 1 cm galangal, crushed
  5. 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed

Seasonings are crushed:

How to make rice rawon:
